How to Use Jospolf Gymnastics Mat

1. Choose a suitable location, whether it's in your living room, back yard, or on the beach, and make sure there are no sharp objects or fire hazards nearby.
2. Use the electric pump to inflate the mat for 1-2 minutes, adjusting the pressure to your preference.
3. When you're done, deflate the mat, fold it neatly, and store it in a dry place.

Notes: 1. The air mats may have creases due to folding during transportation and storage. Keeping it fully inflated for a while will restore its original flatness. 2. Use the repair kit and super glue (not included) to fix any damage less than 0.3 feet.
